Aldea Zama is a new development that is in progress in Tulum and we met several locals and ex-pats who live there during our stay. Though it may seem like a lot is happening here and it is , its main focus as a nature preserve makes it the quietest neighborhood in Tulum, with just a few boutique hotels, restaurants, beach clubs, and limited access to cars. A quieter side of the beach where locals mainly go and there is no order minimum to enter.
